ATOMIC BUILT CANINES guarantees that the dog sold is in good physical health on this day of purchase. All necessary shots and de-worming have been done and buyer will receive a health certificate with each dog that is sold.

1. ______The purchaser agrees to take this dog to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 48 hours for a health check. ATOMIC BUILT CANINES must be informed immediately of this examination. Should the dog be determined to be unfit for purchase due to illness, disease or congenital disorder, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller, the dog may upon presentation of a written diagnosis from said veterinarian be returned to the seller at buyer's expense. The seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of comparable or better quality, when available from same or upcoming litter. No monies will be refunded. If the puppy is not examined by a Veterinarian within 48 hours after delivery time, all guarantees listed are not valid.

2. ______Dogs that are shipped are at risk for Coccidia and Kennel cough which is common in dogs that are shipped and is usually caused by bacteria. Kennel cough is self limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and kennel cough on its own is not life threatening. So if you plan to have you dog shipped instead of picking it up you need to be aware of this.

3. ______Buyer understands contract will be void if buyer fails to provide routine veterinary care; dog is sold, transferred, or injured by accident. This guarantee does not cover any common dog ailments such as worms, vitamin deficiencies, any viral or bacterial diseases, or disorders brought on by parasites or lack of routine care.

4. ______If the puppy is examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 1 year of delivery and found to have an untreatable genetic or congenital defect causing death or impairment of the vital functions of the puppy, the buyer has the option of returning the pup for a replacement.  ATOMIC BUILT CANINES will replace the dog with another dog of same sex and equal value, at our first opportunity, provided the condition below is met and kept by the buyer. Any illnesses, conditions or defects caused by buyer's neglect, abuse or mishandling are NOT covered by this health guarantee and a replacement pup will not be given to the buyer. If your dog is used in any form of illegal activity (i.e. Dog Fighting) or any extreme sports (i.e. weight pulling) the guarantee is null and void. Puppy must not have been bred. Under no circumstance will ATOMIC BUILT CANINES be responsible for veterinarian fees or costs.

5. ______If the dog is found to have a condition that meets the replacement guarantee of this agreement, written diagnosis, medical record copies and/or autopsy report from licensed vet will be sent to seller and purchaser will need to return dog, at purchaser’s expense, to ATOMIC BUILT CANINES within 72 hours of diagnosis to be verified by ATOMIC BUILT CANINES veterinarian. Upon verification, a replacement puppy of equal or greater value will be given as soon as one comes available.

6. ______ Buyer agrees to provide routine veterinary care of this dog including proper vaccinations, routine worm checks, heart worm treatments, and records of such care should buyer have to return dog for replacement these records will be requested to show the dog was properly cared for.

7. ______ ALL SHIPPING COSTS are buyer’s responsibility. These Costs include the Health Certificate, Flight crate and actual shipping costs.  Full payment for the puppy and shipping costs must be paid in full by the time the puppy is 6 weeks old.

8. ______ ATOMIC BUILT CANINES, will give proper and verifiable registration papers or transfers of ownership as soon as they are processed and available.

9. ______ Buyer agrees to use the kennel name "ABC BULLDOGGES" as the prefix in the registered name of the dog.

10. ______ Buyer should provide a lot of love, proper nutrition WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND “ BLUE BUFFALO” HOLISTIC PUPPY/ADULT FOOD .

11._______If the buyer is unable to keep a puppy or adult dog purchased from ATOMIC BUILT CANINES, buyer may return the pup/dog to ATOMIC BUILT CANINES and we will find the pup/dog a new home. (No Refund Implied)

12. ______This contract is valid only for the original buyer and dog, it is not transferable.

13.            Puppies being sold are suitable as PETS ONLY. No claim is being made that they are suited as breeding or show animals; no compensation is offered for circumstances or characteristics that limit the dog’s ability to be bred. Seller also does not guarantee the projected size or color of pup, or that the buyer would be able to breed or show this animal.

14.            Atomic Built Canines, Breeds to produce sound temperament OEB we strongly recommend puppy training classes. However would guarantee that your puppy has a sound temperament until the dog reaches one year of age. Unless the buyer has proof from a professional trainer or dog behavior expert, that any defect in temperament is not the result of lack of proper care, socialization and training on the part of the buyer.

This Puppy is Sold (   ) WITH BREEDING RIGHTS   (   ) WITHOUT BREEDING RIGHTS

If sold WITHOUT breeding rights, puppy MUST be spayed /neutered by six months of age at owner's expense. Once proof of spay/neuter of said puppy is provided (copy of Veterinarian certificate/statement verifying that said puppy was spayed/neutered) by the buyer, the seller will then provide registration papers. Puppy must be spayed /neutered by this date________________    or buyer immediately forfeits said puppy. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If buyer(s) has a spay/neuter agreement with seller, the pup cannot be sold or transferred or given away by buyer until the puppy is spayed/neutered. Failure to comply will result in court action against buyer(s) and new owner(s) and immediate forfeiture of pup_______ Buyer(s) Initials.

We accept a $300 or $500 non-refundable deposit depending on the price of the puppy and that will hold the pup. A deposit will only be refunded in the event of a premature death while the puppy is still in our care. The remaining balance is due when the puppy is 6 weeks old or before, unless other written agreements have been made. Payments must be paid by cash in person or U.S. Postal Service Money Order by mail.  PayPal is accepted but the buyer should add 3% before using this method please send me an email or give me a call. Puppies are reserved on a first come (first deposit received basis) full balance should be paid AND CLEAR BEFORE THE PUP COULD LEAVE OUR HOUSE.

I (We), the buyer(s) have read this contract, understand fully the contents there of and acknowledge receipt of it. We are not relying on verbal statements not contained herein.

This is a legally binding contract.  Any and all legal action necessary to enforce this contract will take place in the state of New Hampshire.
